Sizing Charts

Our tights should be a neat, tight fit, but it should not inhibit circulation. They shouldn't be cutting into your body, and If this is the case, you should review your size choice.

For specific sizing, please refer to the size chart assigned to each product before making your purchase. If in doubt or you're wearing your tights primarily for recovery, select the smaller size.  

If you’ve chosen the wrong size, please contact us to discuss an exchange.

Shipping and Delivery

Australia Only

Shipping will be via Australia post. please allow 1-2 days handling time for your item once your order has been placed.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your delivery within 2-5 working days this timing may be exceeded during peak/busy times and to rural areas, we thank-you for your patience.

 

International Orders

We ship worldwide and to all international destinations. International delivery times vary between 7-30 days depending on your location. Australia post advises that shipping to MOST international destinations is between 5-10 days.

If you would like a shipping time estimate for your purchase, please contact us and we will give you an accurate shipping estimate for your destination country.

Please note international orders may occur tax and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duty and tax incurred in the country of the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@novemberathletic.com
